What is the difference between “Lockdown Zone”, “Control Zone” and “Precaution Zone”?
Lockdown Zone: Confirmed positive case of COVID-19 or asymptomatic infection within 7 days. People in the area are not allowed to leave their homes and only accept door-to-door deliveries of necessities.
Control Zone: No confirmed positive case of COVID-19 or asymptomatic infection for 7 days. People are allowed to move around the complex at specific times and get daily necessities.
Prevention Zone: No confirmed positive case of COVID-19 or asymptomatic infection within 14 days. People are allowed to shop for everyday items in specific areas and at specific times.
Why some Precaution Zones still don’t allow going out?
If there is a positive infection in the Precaution Zone, it will be adjusted to a Control Zone. For Precaution Zone that has many Control Zone adjacent, it might strengthen measures according to the situation.
If there is a new positive infection that appears in Control Zone, what will happen?
If a positive infection comes up within 7 days, the people in the building will be requested to lockdown for 14 days. People in other buildings are requested 7-day home health monitoring.
How to open the parcels in a safe way?
Wear a mask and disposable gloves. Try to unpack it at the door and don’t take the package home if possible. Disinfect the packages before you open them. Then let them stand for half an hour to allow the alcohol to evaporate, otherwise, they might be still inflamable and catch fire.
What should I bring if I am requested to be in collective quarantined?

- Personal belongings, toiletries, feminine hygiene items, light clothing, footwear, and disposable underwear if needed.
- Medical card with medical records for staff to reference.
