Day 1: Welcome to Vietnam
- Pick up from the Hanoi International Airport (Noi Bai), on arrival.
- Transfer to the hotel in Hanoi city.

Day 2: Hanoi Experience
- Visit Cho Hom’s vibrant market, one of the city’s best places to explore all your shopping needs.
- Pay respect to the nation’s founder at the Ho Chi Minh Complex and Ba Dinh Square, an important point of pilgrimage for the Vietnamese.
- Explore the nearby simple cottage on stilts where Ho Chi Minh lived and worked during his humble beginnings as a revolutionary.
- Move to the Ho Chi Minh Museum featuring an extraordinary tribute to his life.
- Stop by the iconic One Pillar Pagoda, and hear the legend of its construction.
- Explore the Temple of Literature, built in 1070 and dedicated to Confucius.

Day 3: Handicraft Village Tour
- Begin in the morning with a drive to Bat Trang.
- Get firsthand experience of how the ancient art of ceramics produced in the village.
- Visit a ceramic workshop to see the creation process, and learn about the many families in the village, who have been producing ceramic art for nearly 400 years.
- Journey to But Thap Commune and visit But Thap Pagoda, located along the Duong River.
- Make the final journey to Van Phuc Village, the most famous silk village in Vietnam, where your guide will take you through the production process practiced in the village.
- Seize the opportunity to explore the village’s many handicrafts shops before transfer back to your hotel.

Day 4: Half day Hanoi Cooking Class Tour, Fly to Da Nang
- Begin the tour with a visit to Chau Long Market, where you will browse hundreds of stalls, and interact with vendors selling everything from garlic to tapioca flour.
- Learn from your guide about their unique local herbs, vegetables and salad greens and their various uses that are never sold in Western countries.
- Settle in at Hanoi Cooking Centre, a restored building on the edge of Hanoi’s famous old quarter owned by an experienced chef and cookbook author.
- Try to follow your instructor’s lead as he/she explains the basics of Vietnamese cuisine, which is known for a heavy emphasis on fresh herbs, spices and greens.
- Move to the center’s second-floor dining room to sample your creations along with a beer or wine.
- Receive a selection of recipe cards that can guide you to recreate Vietnamese dishes at home.
- Get back to your hotel for check-out.
- Transfer to Hanoi International Airport.
- Take the flight to Da Nang.
- Pick up from Da Nang airport, on arrival.
- Proceed to the hotel in Da Nang city.

- Drive to the upper area of Thu Bon River.

- Learn the history and culture of the people of Champa and watch their music performances.
- Transfer back to hotel.

Day 8: Half-Day Rice Paddy Tour
- Pick up from the hotel by bike.
- Take around countryside in Hoi An to see the real life of local people.
- Have a wonderful day meeting the farmers and their water buffalos.
- Learn how to grow the rice, riding on the back of water buffalo around the field.
- Try to plough and rake the soil under indication of farmer.
- Experience transplantation of rice under the mud.
- Have a local meal and cycle back to the hotel.

Day 9: Goodbye Vietnam!
- Transfer to the Da Nang International Airport.
