Brand new ‘Zootopia’ & ‘Frozen’ attractions in China’s Disney
Shanghai Disneyland
Zootopia opened at Shanghai Disneyland on December 20th, becoming the eighth attraction at the park. It follows the launch of Toy Story Land in 2018. As they manage maximum capacity for each area of our resort, and anticipate high demand to visit Zootopia during its opening period, please understand that admission to Zootopia or its new attraction, ‘Zootopia,’ may be limited. Not every guest who enters Shanghai Disneyland will be able to experience “Hot Pursuit”. However, visitors can enjoy various new experiences with a Zootopia theme throughout the park, including decorations, entertainment, food and beverage, and merchandise. Let’s explore the new attractions!
Explore the Urban Jungle
Zootopia is made up of habitat neighborhoods, serving as a melting pot where Zootizens of all shapes and sizes, colors, and stripes can thrive. Explore the hidden animal features of this mammalian metropolis!
Zootopia: Hot Pursuit
Experience a wild police chase in Officer Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde’s cruisers. Slide across the ice of Tundratown, prowl for fugitives through the streets of Sahara Square, and weave through the Rainforest District, all in pursuit of Bellwether and her gang to track down Gazelle. It’s an exciting chase that can only happen in Zootopia!
Disney Zootopia Comes Alive
Observe the daily interactions of our beloved Zootizens as the windows come alive! From chatting and taking selfies to meditating, the street is filled with the wonderfully unique atmosphere of Zootopia!

Officers Nick and Judy are available to greet you at the Zootopia Police Department Recruitment Center! Don’t forget to take a selfie to capture this memorable moment of friendship!
Zootopia Delights
Embark on a flavour journey your taste buds will love. Every bite holds a delightful surprise! Jumbeaux’s Cafe offers delicious Zootopia-themed treats of all shapes and sizes. Visit the Zootopia Market for Cottonball Candy, Hopps Family Farm Popcorn, Slothful Slurps, and Disney Zootopia Pawpsicle. Make sure to visit the Outdoor Vending Carts to try the signature frozen paw-shaped Disney Zootopia Pawpsicle! Also, the Judy Snack Box is a must-try and is available at all Quick Service Restaurants throughout the park for a convenient and flavourful bite to eat.

Additionally, there is a wide range of Zootopia merchandise available to dress from head to paw. Over 200 products are available, many of which are designed exclusively for the new themed land. These include headwear, apparel, accessories, and more, allowing you to dress up from head to paw! The collections feature beloved characters such as Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde, Flash, Clawhauser, and more. Each character’s species, personality, appearance, and story have been carefully considered.
Hong Kong Disneyland
Additionally, the first-ever World of Frozen has opened at Hong Kong Disneyland. Elsa, Anna, Olaf, and Sven now reside on a subtropical island in Asia. World of Frozen, Disney’s inaugural themed land dedicated to the ‘Frozen’ media franchise, opened at Hong Kong Disneyland on November 20th. Come and experience your magical Arendelle journey!
Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs
To welcome visitors to Arendelle from around the world, Oaken has built a family-friendly carnival coaster behind his Trading Post called Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs. The coaster zooms through the rugged and picturesque landscape of Arendelle Forest.
Tick Tock Toys and Collectibles
The gift shop is handsomely designed and offers more unique selections than typical theme park shops. The plush toys are knitted in the style of an Arendelle toy maker, and there are also sweaters and hair accessories available.
Golden Crocus Inn
The Golden Crocus Inn is Arendelle’s restaurant, offering a range of Nordic-inspired dishes. The menu features Village Chicken Roll Stuffed with Ham and Cheese, Forest Mushroom Pasta, Lamb Shank, and Bayside Seafood Medley, among other options.
