Fondly called the Queen City of the South, Cebu is the largest and the oldest city in the Philippines. Aside from exploring the island for its culture and history, Cebu is most visited for its white sand beaches and amazing diving in places such as Bantayan, Malapascua, or Moalboal. The island of Mactan is the perfect getaway destination for those who would like a quick time out from their daily grind and just relax and get pampered in one of the country’s most luxurious resorts and still be within the city limits to go shopping and sightseeing.

The best time to visit Cebu is during the dry season between the months of October-May, which is the perfect time to take a tropical beach holiday to escape the cold winter of the northern hemisphere.
